On Site Accommodation

Onsite dorm accomodations will be allocated with priority being given to international/interstate visitors and guests with special needs.

Maranatha has 8 bunk rooms and 4 family rooms with various bed configurations, with enough beds to sleep 60 on site. Beds are full sized (some sprung) beds, not “girl guide” size. Each bunk room has 3-4 single beds. There are heaters in most rooms but please bring adequate warm bedding for temps around 0-4 degrees overnight. If there is demand we may dedicate one of the small heated halls as unisex backpacker/hostel style bunk room, (BYO mattress, bedding etc, no privacy) at camping rates.

Disability access: The family dorm rooms have disability access, and flat access to view the archery range, ramp access to the main hall and activity areas. Please notify the steward if you would like assistance with any special requirements.

Nut Free Event. For the health and safety of our stewarding team and those that will use the site after us please do not bring peanuts and other nuts to site.

Campers: you will be located on the paddock adjacent to the feasting Pavilion. Although we will guide you, please also ensure that your tent is not under any trees. The main concern for the site is falling branches. Your cars may remain onsite at the back of the camp ground area (not next to your tent) for the duration of the event. No cars will be allowed to move from here until close of the event (as they would need to traverse the archery field) please park in the main parking area if you need to use your car during the event.

Camping is advised only for those prepared for cold weather camping (think the worst festival ever and then a bit colder). Sites are unpowered and unassigned.

The event is considered “discretely wet”. Please consume responsibly and dispose of bottles and cans in the recycling bins provided. No disorderly behaviour will be tolerated and you may be asked to leave site. Any damage to property/additional cleaning caused by over consumption will be paid for by individuals involved.

There will be 2 porta loos located in the camping field for use of campers. We will arrange some outdoor heated camping showers, there is town/tap water available.
